We know that Love CBD’s hemp is grown in the European Union, namely sunny Slovenia and Croatia. This is good news as the EU has strict agricultural regulations which we are glad are being adhered to, ensuring higher quality CBD to the consumer. We also know their hemp is grown on farms that do not use pesticides, herbicides or any other nasty artificial fertilizers.

The balm comes in 3 sizes, 10 grams, 30 grams and 100 grams. The 100-gram jar size offers massive price reductions so if you are looking for the top value, we recommend the 100g jar.

The CBD concentration of this balm is 1% so this means the 10g jar will contain 100mg of CBD, the 30g jar will contain 300mg and the 100g jar contains 1000mg CBD. Now, this may seem like a really low dose but we must remind you that topical application of CBD has a different rule set as its a targetted area so less is more in this case.

How to take it

Love CBD recommends massaging a small amount of the balm into the skin – a small amount can go a long way! You can reapply every few hours as needed.

Testing

Certificates of Analysis are provided for each batch on Love CBDs website. These show that the content of CBD is just under 1% as promised, however, since this is a Full Spectrum extract, the content of other cannabinoids boost this concentration up to 1.18%. We also noticed that some of the tests seemed to check for the presence of heavy metals and pesticides, whereas others do not. Regardless, we are impressed with the companies transparency and accountability of product quality. They have earned our trust.
